NERC Environmental Omics Facility

NEOF offers environmental researchers in the UK access to the full range of omics technologies in order to enhance their output.

Microbiome Innovation Centre

The MIC strives to accelerate microbiome research and generate impact from discovery science into translational research and product development in industry.

Unilever

Our successful partnership with Unilever has enabled us to implement new methods and pipelines for analysis of microbiome data, contributing to new products in skincare and healthcare.

COVID-19 Genomics UK Consortium

Alongside other members of the COG-UK consortium, the CGR provided the knowledge, expertise and platforms to generate SARS-CoV-2 genome sequencing and analysis between 2020 and 2023.
