Payment of accommodation fees in instalments
You can pay your accommodation fees in equal instalments by either debit/credit card, recurring card payment agreement, or direct debit*.
The pay in instalments option is not available if the amount due is £500 or less, or if you are residing in University accommodation for one semester only.
The table below outlines the instalment details for session 2024/25, please select the 'pay by instalments' button below and register your details for the three-part instalment plan. (Please note that the instalment plan option for 2024/25 will open in August 2024).
You will receive a payment schedule from the Fees Office prior to each collection date, confirming each instalment amount.

Instalment plans via overseas credit cards
If choosing to set up the instalment plan in your home currency, the exchange rate of your future payments will be based on the exchange rate on the day the transaction is processed and without further consultation. This will include an international conversion margin.
* Direct debit is only available from a UK bank account.
Please be advised that an instalment plan must be submitted if you wish to pay by instalments.
