Payment by an external sponsor

This page provides information if your accommodations fees are being paid by a sponsor.

If your accommodation fees are being paid by a sponsor, please make sure your sponsor guarantee letter is handed to the Accommodation Office at the start of your stay in University accommodation.

Please note that although a third party may be paying your fees, all invoices will be sent to you and it is your responsibility to ensure that these payments are made.

If fees are being paid to you by a third party or need to be transferred from another bank account, please make sure that the cleared funds are available to you by the due dates.

If your sponsor fails to make the payment by the due date, it is important that you get in touch with the Fee Collection Team by email at feesenq@liverpool.ac.uk, so that we can address the situation with your sponsor as soon as possible.
