Happy Lunar New Year

Wishing a happy and prosperous new year to all those celebrating, whether you're enjoying Chinese New Year, Lunar New Year, Losar, Seollal, Tết Nguyên Đán, Tsagaan Sar, or another festival!

This year the Chinese New Year celebrates the Year of the Dragon. Liverpool is also celebrating the 25th anniversary of twinning with Shanghai. There will be celebrations taking place throughout the city from 9 - 11 February.
