Our Campuses

Knowledge Quarter Campus

Our Knowledge Quarter Campus is home to many of our iconic heritage Grade II listed buildings, including Victoria Gallery and Museum, the Waterhouse Royal Infirmary and Abercromby Square.


Leahurst Campus

Located in Neston, our Leahurst Campus has been a pioneer in veterinary education since 1941. It houses cutting-edge facilities like the Small Animal Hospital, the Equine Hospital, and Woodpark Farm.


Greenbank Student Village

A quick 15-minute bus ride from the Knowledge Quarter, Greenbank Student Village is a thriving community with around 1,300 student beds. Its free resident’s gym, outdoor sports facilities, and communal spaces make it a perfect place to live and study.


Wyncote Sports Ground

Our Wyncote Sports Ground in Allerton, South Liverpool is home to participation sports including football, rugby, hockey and lacrosse pitches.


Ness Botanic Gardens

Established in 1898 and gifted to the University in 1948, Ness Botanic Gardens is a living laboratory for research, conservation, and education. It has evolved from commercial gardening to a leader in environmental stewardship, offering both inspiration and education to visitors and researchers alike.

  • Over 256 hectares of land, with 31% located in the Liverpool City Region
  • £1.8bn in building assets
  • Our security team handled nearly 18,093 security calls in 2023 alone.
