Microsoft Outlook: Download the file, double-click it to open it in Outlook, then click on "Save & Close" to save it to your calendar. If that doesn't work go into Outlook, click on the File tab, then on Open & Export, then Open Calendar. Select your .ics file then click on "Save & Close".

Following the growing interest in language teacher identity (De Costa & Norton, 2017) and sociocultural turn (Zembylas, 2005) in teacher emotion research, Dr Peter I. De Costa examines developments in these adjacent areas of research.
Both lines of research consider the ecologies in which teachers are embedded. To illustrate the vibrant and burgeoning language teacher emotion and identity research agenda, Dr De Costa elaborates on three recently published studies.
Dr De Costa also explores how the second language teacher education research landscape can be enriched by a systematic investigation of teacher emotion labour with a view to advocate for language teaching professionals.
Peter De Costa is an Associate Professor in the Department of Linguistics and Languages and the Department of Teacher Education at Michigan State University. His research areas include emotions, identity, ideology and ethics in educational linguistics. He also studies social (in)justice issues. He is the co-editor of TESOL Quarterly.
