Join us for the launch of this book which details the findings of a 2-year project, Children's Rights Judgments: From Academic Vision to New Practice.
The project, which was funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council, involved over 50 academics and practitioners from across the world revisiting existing judgments of a range of jurisdictions (including the supra-national courts) and re-drafting them from a children's rights perspective.
