Create a calendar file

Click on "Create a calendar file" and your browser will download a .ics file for this event.

Microsoft Outlook: Download the file, double-click it to open it in Outlook, then click on "Save & Close" to save it to your calendar. If that doesn't work go into Outlook, click on the File tab, then on Open & Export, then Open Calendar. Select your .ics file then click on "Save & Close".

Google Calendar: download the file, then go into your calendar. On the left where it says "Other calendars" click on the arrow icon and then click on Import calendar. Click on Browse and select the .ics file, then click on Import.

Apple Calendar: The file may open automatically with an option to save it to your calendar. If not, download the file, then you can either drag it to Calendar or import the file by going to File >Import > Import and choosing the .ics file.

Meet the Speakers:

Joseph Mableson (BA Hons French and Italian 2024): From starting as a drag queen during university to building his own entertainment brand, Joseph is now an entertainer, events coordinator, media manager and charity fundraiser. His recent event for Sahir House raised over £3,600 and gained media coverage in the Liverpool Echo.

Stephanie Preston (BA Hons English 2017): As a Social Media Manager at Transport for London, Stephanie has spent over seven years in the social media sector. She specialises in building creative strategies to enhance brand reputation through digital marketing.

James Clayton (BA Hons Business Management with Yr in Ind 2023): James is a Sales & Supply Planning Graduate at Toyota (GB) plc. With experience in business change and operations at companies like KINTO UK and Mercedes AMG, he’s also the founder of SAWAI Rum Company – blending his love for business and innovation.
