Born in Liverpool, United Kingdom, Ben Osu has over 15 years of experience working in social justice, community development, equity, and inclusion. Ben orchestrated a campaign which would realise a multi-million-pound economic boost to Liverpool by bringing the United Kingdom’s largest Black culture events to the city and would represent the city in the 2012 Olympic Torch Relay. Ben went on to work with major national and international brands in the areas of social justice impact and equity and inclusion while also working in media, marketing, and events.

In 2019, Ben led the North West’s leading anti-racism charity, the Anthony Walker Foundation, and now leads equity and inclusion at Premier League Football Club, Everton FC. He is the Founder of KiN Concepts, a not-for-profit organisation that socially, culturally, and economically empowers people from disadvantaged backgrounds. Other leadership roles include sitting on the board of directors for several public sector organizations such as Everton in the Community, Steve Biko Housing Association, and the Liverpool City Region Local Enterprise Partnership. In 2023, Ben was selected to be part of the U.S.  Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program, which looked at addressing racial and social injustice.
