The Nursing Team

The six-strong nursing team at the Equine Hospital is led by Jane Devaney. The team consists of four RCVS qualified veterinary nurses (VN), three of whom also hold the equine veterinary nursing qualification (EVN). In addition, there are two nursing technicians. This team provides invaluable support to the clinicians, residents and interns ensuring that a high standard of patient care is provided.

The team are responsible for the smooth running of two busy operating theatres, laboratory submissions and general care of equipment at the hospital. Jane is also responsible for the daily running of the radiography, scintigraphy and CT areas with additional support from the nursing team.
