ACCE+ ACCE+ Doctoral Landscape Award is a NERC-funded partnership (2025-2033) between Sheffield, Liverpool and York universities, with CEH, NHM, and NOC. It provides PhD training across the NERC remit focusing on globally important environmental change questions.
NWSSDTP North West Social Science Doctoral Training Partnership is an ESRC-funded consortium between Keele, Lancashire, Lancaster, Liverpool, and Manchester. It supports postgraduate studentships and training across the social sciences.
EPSRC N0MES CDT is a Centre for Doctoral Training in Net Zero Maritime Energy Solutions. The Centre trains researchers in the identification, understanding and assessment of challenges in delivering net zero maritime energy solutions.
AHRC/NERC Living Well with Water Doctoral Focal Award links Hull and Liverpool universities, National Trust, RGS(with IBG) and Tate Liverpool. It supports PhDs on the relationships between water, culture and community across UK coastal and estuarine regions.
