Hannah Whitby is an aquatic biogeochemist, IsBlue and Marie Curie alumna, STEM ambassador and advisory board member for the Leverhulme Centre for Climate Change Mitigation. She teaches Marine Pollution, Environmental Chemistry and on field, laboratory and tutorial classes within the School of Environmental Sciences at Liverpool. Her research focuses on the cycling of metals and how their bioavailability can impact aquatic life and water quality, as either toxicants or nutrients.
