Member of the Assessment and Welfare sub-team within the School's Student Experience Team.

- Provides support to students via email (envsci@liverpool.ac.uk), via telephone and face-to-face.
- Advises students and staff on University policies and processes including the Code of Practice on Assessment.
- Processes suspensions, programme transfers and withdrawals.
- Ensures student records are up to date and accurate.
- Leads on exam paper processes (collating, formatting and liaising with External Examiners).
- Prepares reports for Boards of Examiners and Module Review Boards.
- Assists with Extenuating Circumstances processes - advising students on how to apply, reviewing applications pre-committee and ensuring flags are correctly entered onto the system.
- Attends progress interviews for students with Programme Directors.
- Processes paperwork for repeating students in consultation with Faculty and Student Administration.
