Self-isolating, social distancing, or working as a keyworker can take its toll on your wellbeing. Over the last few years The Literature and Science Hub have collaborated with institutions such as Mersey Care NHS Trust, Alder Hey Children's Hospital, METAL and Everyman and Playhouse Theatres to devise writing initiatives that help participants think about the relationship between nature, themselves and each other.

The Writing for Wellbeing programme will be led by Bernadette McBride, using research and featuring appearances from academics and writers connected to the University of Liverpool’s Literature and Science Hub and Centre for New and International Writing. Sign up to be sent specially created videos and writing tasks. There will be an option to ask for feedback on your writing and to take part in online discussions should you wish. You can unsubscribe at any time.
