About
Dr. Xiaoyu Fu is a postdoctoral research associate in Astrodynamics funded by the UKRI Future Leaders Fellowship (awarded to Dr. Stefania Soldini with the REMORA project). He is a member of the DART investigation team, an extended member of the Hera science team, and a core member of the REMORA project. Dr. Xiaoyu Fu received his Ph.D. in January 2024 from Surrey Space Centre in the University of Surrey, UK, after he graduated for both his M.Sc. (Hons) and B.Eng. (Hons) degrees in Aerospace Engineering at Beihang University, China. His research interests include Astrodynamics, Guidance, Navigation and Control (GNC) algorithms, and Machine Learning application in trajectory design.
