Leadership Development Opportunities

The Academy's Leadership Development offer is shaped around the university's Leadership Commitment Framework and supports the development of senior leaders, new leaders and aspiring leaders in diverse roles.

Collective Leadership Programme - Masterclasses

These sessions are designed to recognise the collaborative nature of effective leadership and respond to the experiences of leaders and managers from across academic, research, professional and technical roles.

Educational Leaders Network

This forum encourages educational leaders, typically recognised as Senior Fellows, Principal Fellows and/or NTF/CATE award recipients to connect, network, share practice, and interrogate complex issues to develop impactful strategies to enhance teaching excellence and the student experience.
