Biography
Emil graduated from KTH Royal Institute of Technology (MSc in Biotechnology Engineering) in 2008, and received a PhD in Molecular Biosciences from Imperial College London and the National University of Singapore (joint degree) in 2016. He joined the EATC4Children as a post-doctoral research associate in November 2019 to work for the MRC CLUSTER consortium on Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) and its associated eye-inflammation, uveitis.
Emil is also an Honorary Research Associate at the Department of Eye and Vision Science, Institute of Ageing and Chronic Disease
