Our teaching approach emphasises development of the skills and confidence required to progress to a rewarding career. Our graduates go on to many fascinating careers in Earth Sciences, taking advantage of our many industry contacts, but many also make use of the transferable skills developed through our degree programmes to pursue a career outside Earth Sciences. We run specific career events through the academic year, and have an active industrial advisory panel and an alumni network that meets annually in Liverpool so students have a great chance to network.
