Klara completed MChem at University of Liverpool in 2024, under the supervision of Dr. David Hong, where she optimised fluorene-based chemical probes for the investigation of insecticide resistance in mosquitoes.  With a strong background in organic and synthetic chemistry background, she is now pursuing a PhD within the Cooper group and Hardwick group, focusing on non-metal organic frameworks for proton and ion conduction. In her spare time, she enjoys going to concerts and reading books!
