Hope studied her BSc in Chemistry at the University of Liverpool in 2021 and afterwards completed a PGDE in Post-14 Education at Edge Hill University. Alongside her studies at Edge Hill she also taught A-Level Chemistry at Carmel College in St. Helens. After this she worked as a Spectroscopy Analyst primarily focussing on the analysis of copper cathodes via Spark-OES, low-level silver via FAAS and assisted with the analysis of other precious metals via ICP-OES/ICP-MS. She joined the Cooper Group as a Research Technician in 2023 and has a strong passion for analytical chemistry. So far, she has found that working within the group has provided her with a platform to expand her skillset and knowledge.

In her spare time she enjoys going to concerts, listening to music and going to the gym.
