Sebastian Wild presented the Artificial Intelligence outreach course - https://tiny.cc/ai-course developed in the CS Outreach group during lockdown as an invited speaker at the 6th International Conference on Creative Mathematical Science Communication (CMSC 2022), held in Bergen, Norway, from April 20–23 2022.
CMSC evolved around the creators of CS Unplugged and brings together academics in computer science and mathematics, researchers in computer science education, school teachers, artists, as well as practitioners from the tech industry. The goal is to explore, share, and develop new ideas on how to disseminate concepts from computer science and mathematics to children of all ages as well as the general public in a fun and engaging way.
The conference allows the School of EEECS Outreach group to profit from new connections to various people at the forefront of creative science communication and to incorporate new ideas from all over the world into our future outreach programs.
