One of our mission statements include our wish to train the community on best practice experimental design, analytics and data handling. Throughout the year we run a number of free seminars to provide training on
- Best experimental design practices
- Considerations for statistical analyses with particular enphasis on highly dimensional data (such as omics data)
- Case studies
We are always keen to meet other researchers and advice on the best way to proceed with their experimental design and analyses. Further to this we have a wide offer of courses to provide more formal training (with plenty of hands-on exercises and 1-1 support). For the later we must charge a fee but we do offer a minimum of 10% of the places tuition free to delegates that cannot access other funding pots. These are currently limited to UoL delegates but we plan to expand them in the future. How to apply? Check the course you wish to enrol to and the instructions about accessing the bursary will be provided.
For any suggestions or questions feel free to contact us!
Being able to access the courses during a flexible timeframe (and tuition free) is a great opportunity for career development and I am very excited to get going
