Single Cell RNASeq course

This 3-day course teaches participants to process and interpret single-cell transcriptomic data using R-based tools and common analysis strategies. Course Date: Tues 24th – Thurs 26th September 2024

The course provides a full walkthrough of the analysis from read counts to differentially expressed genes and pathway analysis for biological interpretation. The course is held online, with 1-1 support available throughout.

  • · Cluster analysis
  • · Cell annotation
  • · Differential expression analysis
  • · Functional and pathway enrichment analysis

 

Requirements.

The course is designed for delegates with some experience in R (basics). If you do not have prior knowledge of R, we advise that you first take our R for beginners course.

Administrative information.

Please note, as this is the first running of this course, our normal fees have been reduced. 

Fees are £225 for academic delegates, £400 for delegates from public institutions (not academic). Industry delegates may submit an application and will be quoted in individual basis.
