Enterprise Team
My role
I assist professional services staff and academic staff with all legal-related matters that arise within the Enterprise team context including providing support with drafting and reviewing licence agreements, confidentiality agreements, assignments and option agreements. Additionally, I also offer support with matters related to royalties, export control and due diligence.
About me
I qualified as a Solicitor in 2013 and spent several years working within civil litigation, gaining experience as a senior litigator overseeing a team of junior litigators. I later moved away from private practice, which led me to join the University in July 2021 in the Research Contracts team. In August 2023 I made an internal move over to the Enterprise team.
