Welcome to Chemistry
Welcome from the Head of Department
On behalf of the Department of Chemistry I am delighted to welcome you as a new student. The department is a community of scholars working across all areas of Chemistry, and we are sure you will benefit from the breadth and vitality that is possible in a department of this size, with world-class teaching and in-depth specialist expertise available to you.
You can find out how to register on the University’s central welcome webpages. There is a lot of additional information on our website. Please do not worry if it seems a lot to take in.
