The Centre is made up of a multidisciplinary team of experts spanning the fields of health and life sciences, environmental sciences, and policy and management research.
Research within the Centre covers the breadth of food systems research, from crop and animal sciences to supply chain management and food consumption.
Food systems researchers from the across the University work collaboratively on projects in order to achieve the aims of the Centre.
