New Single-Cell Proteomics Lab

The CPR now has a Single Cell Proteomics Lab. The Lab has been set up by Dr Ed Emmott, we are really excited to see what the future holds. 

This Lab houses the

  • CellenONE robotic system is capable of single-cell sorting sample preparation, digestion and labelling.
  • The Bruker Tims-TOF SCP is a highly sensitive system designed for small sample sizes.
  • The Thermo orbitraps systems
  • Milo single-cell western blotting system
