CPR Back at VG&M summer school
The first outreach activity the CPR has been involved in since the COVID pandemic.
Jos, Ed, Chris, Stu, Allen, Gabbi, walked 16 students through activities designed to explain the transcription and translation process.
In the First half, we created a cell to show where we find DNA. Next, we did a rather messy DNA extraction from strawberries, after a short break we created some DNA bracelets and some pipe cleaner proteins.
We all had a lot of fun and laughter.
