Tough Topics

The Tough Topics was an online E-learning resource to help students (and others) with challenging physiological concepts that are difficult to learn through traditional didactic teaching methods. It was initially developed for undergraduate students in the School of Medicine and the School of Life Sciences.

Core deliverables

  • The development of a platform for the resource using Articulate Storyline
  • Advise on the structure and presentation of the resource
  • The creation of multimedia content including animations, interactive elements, visuals and narration.

Made available to 1000 undergraduates

The project has benefited the University by enhancing the student experience which will feed into evaluations and NSS scores. It has now been made available to over 1000 undergraduate students across the University.
