This combined effort resulted in a series of educational materials which focussed on all aspects of genetic testing for BRCA1 and BRCA2 inheritance, including the potential to develop breast cancer and ovarian cancer. These materials included; lectures, quizzes, case scenarios and studies, supporting documents, a simulated patient consultation video as well as a glossary of terms.

Translated into six different languages
These materials will equip clinical practitioners with the skills for a more timely diagnosis of BRCA1 and BRCA2 gene mutations and develop clinicians understanding, in order to explain management options in a sensitive way to patients.
