Becoming an Engineer at Rolls-Royce

Surya Ravichandran graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2018 and has since started his engineering career with Rolls-Royce. In this short interview, he discusses the challenges he faced going into the workplace as a fresh graduate, what he most enjoys about his job and gives advice to fellow students wanting to follow in his footsteps.
