Meet Ujjawal: International Employability Experience Intern

My name is Ujjawal and I'm thrilled to introduce myself as the new International Employability Experience Intern at the University of Liverpool's Careers and Employability team.

As a recent international graduate, I can personally relate to the challenges and barriers faced by many of you in securing your first job role in the UK or abroad.

Like many of you, I came to the UK with big dreams and aspirations, hoping to increase my global job prospects. However, the journey was not without its obstacles. From navigating the intricate visa processes to adapting to a new cultural environment, the experience was both exhilarating and daunting.

It was during my time at the University of Liverpool that I found the support and guidance I needed to overcome these challenges. The university's commitment to empowering international students and enhancing their employability truly changed my life in a positive way.

Now, as an intern at the Careers and Employability team, I have the incredible opportunity to give back to the institution that played such a pivotal role in my personal and professional growth. My role is to provide a voice for international students, ensuring that the career services and resources offered are tailored to your unique needs and experiences.
