Jack Watterson Burnell is a BSc Pharmacology graduate now working as a Recruitment Consultant at BioTalent.

How did you get to where you are now?

Created opportunities and worked as hard as I could.     

What has been your best experience as part of your role?

Being able to speak to incredible people within our society as well as support new graduates with their job applications.

What has been the most challenging part of your graduate journey?   

The switch from academia to industry, there was lots of things that I wasn't aware of.

What are your top tips for other students and graduates?   

1. Work Hard

2. Don't be demotivated by rejection

3. Create your own opportunities - don't wait for them to come to you.
