Ayesha: My placement year at Adobe

Ayesha Grey is a University of Liverpool Business Management student, currently undertaking a 13-month Solutions Consulting placement at Adobe in London.

We caught up with Ayesha at the half-way point in her #YINI placement to find out all about her experience so far. This is what she said:

“I’m now six months into my Solutions Consultant internship at Adobe, and here are some of the achievements and highlights that I’m most proud of:

🌟 Creating tailored content to showcase solutions

7 sizzle reels and short form videos created and 6 microsites shared with clients: A key skill that I have developed this year is being able to use different software to create on brand content for clients across the retail, TMTG and FSI sectors, linking common business challenges with Adobe’s solutions. This has strengthened my ability to showcase how Adobe’s solutions can drive personalisation at scale and optimise content supply chains.

🎯 Developing my technical expertise

I have also been consistently working towards gaining my accreditation and certification in Adobe’s Real-Time Customer Data Platform on the Adobe Experience Platform. This learning has greatly helped me develop my knowledge on how robust customer data and insights can drive business value.

🌱 Commitment to CSR initiatives

A couple of months ago, I co-organised a Movember fundraiser across both the Reading and Shoreditch offices to raise money and awareness during men’s mental health month

🌐 Building more relationships at Adobe

Within the intern cohort and with other colleagues across the Adobe ecosystem, I have continued to grow my network and explore how different roles interact with each other across the sales cycle. I have also benefitted greatly from the leadership and advice of my managers who have all guided me in my first 6 months.

I look forward to continuing to gain inspiration from the amazing solutions consulting team and am excited to work towards my 2025 goals! 🥰"
