The Equality+ (EQ+) Awards are organised by the Careers and Empoloyability team at the University of Liverpool to showcase the achievements of students and graduates. The awards recognise those who are passionate about equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), and those who have broken down barriers to achieve personal success and career success.

At the awards ceremony, we celebrate students and graduates who have demonstrated determination, grit, and outstanding achievements. We also champion individuals and groups who are pushing the boundaries, little by little, championing equality, celebrating diversity, and creating more inclusive experiences for themselves and others.
