Change 100 is a programme of paid summer work placements, professional development, and mentoring, designed to support the career development of talented university students and recent graduates with any disability or long-term condition, such as:
- Neurodivergent conditions such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, autism, ADHD
- Mobility impairments
- Sensory impairments
- Long-term conditions such as IBS, diabetes, Crohn’s disease, epilepsy, chronic fatigue
- Mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar, OCD, anorexia
Who is Change 100 for?
To be eligible for Change 100, you should meet the following criteria:
- Have a disability or long-term condition as defined in the Equality Act 2010.
- Be a recent graduate or in your penultimate or final year of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
- Have a degree completion date between 2021 and 2025.
- Achieved or predicted a 2:1 or 1st in your undergraduate degree.
- Be eligible to work in the UK for the duration of a summer internship.
- Be available for an online assessment process in January or February.
Note: If mitigating circumstances, including those related to your disability, have affected your academic performance, please share this in your application.

Change 100 employers:
Our partner organizations appreciate the value of talented disabled students and recent graduates, recognizing the importance of skills such as adaptability, problem-solving, embracing challenges, and self-awareness. Over a decade, Change 100 interns have made their mark with over 265 leading employers, spanning various industries and sectors.
Professional development:
Once offered an internship, we work with you and your employer to ensure they understand your disability and any necessary adjustments. Throughout your internship, you'll receive support from peers, a mentor, and the Change 100 team. Our development program combines group work with self-directed learning, focusing on topics like goal setting, networking, mentoring, managing your disability, and sharing it with employers.
The Change 100 development program includes:
- Induction event in early June.
- Monthly professional development sessions alongside your internship.
Application Process:
- Submit your online application between October 3, 2023, and November 30, 2023.
- Alternatively, submit your application in writing or as a video, addressing the same questions as the online form.
