The employability architects
Our team works in partnership with faculties on empowering the campus ecosystem to design, develop and deliver embedded employability. We engage students as partners in all employability activity to ensure relevance, accessibility and engagement at every stage of the student journey - from course design to early career.
We take a multi-faceted approach that feeds directly into a key element of our vision for employability; to recognise that every student has their own story and to provide them with a highly personalised employability experience at the University of Liverpool.
We encourage active participation in immersive work-based experiences and the sharing of reflection, self-awareness and peer learning. We use our links with industry and employer partnerships to provide authentic real-world experiences in the curriculum for students.
