Year in Industry (Undergraduate)
Most undergraduate programmes within the School of the Arts now offer an optional Year in Industry.
The structure of these four-year programmes is almost identical to the three-year versions, with the third year spent entirely on placement in a salaried role in a field or industry relevant to your studies, before concluding your degree in your fourth and final year.
A dedicated second year module – SOTA260 (Professional and Career Development) – will help you source and prepare for your placement.*
