Impact and Knowledge Exchange
Our work is driven by real world problems! The group members have been providing high quality consultancy work to industry and local authorities. We have expertise in evidence-based design, particularly in the area of public spaces, conservation planning and regeneration strategies, as well as design governance in the planning system. Our research has influenced professional practice, informed policy-making for sustainable development and impacted the society with design thinking. We are ideally placed to conduct practice work with a research element, such as design review, design consultation and professional training.
We have also been actively engaging the general public through public exhibitions, workshops and talks in various educational and art venues locally and internationally.
