The Liverpool School of Architecture has achieved a top 100 place in this year’s QS World University Rankings by Subject.
Dr Andrew Crompton said:
We have been paced in the 50 - 100 band worldwide in the new QS rankings.
So far we are playing our part to get the University as a whole into the top 100 as VC Janet Beer is planning. Architecture has 5 QS stars indicating the Department is at the top in a range of non academic measures of performance.
The ranking is a comprehensive guide to the world’s top universities in a range of popular subject areas.
Using data from reputational surveys supplied by academics and employers, and research metrics, the rankings highlight the top universities in the world for 42 individual subjects, grouped under five broad faculty areas: Arts and Humanities; Engineering and Technology; Life Sciences and Medicine; Natural Sciences; and Social Sciences & Management.
