Liverpool School of Architecture 'Embodied Carbon Flipbook' shared with other institutions around the country

The Liverpool School of Architecture “Embodied Carbon Flip Book“ is now being shared with other institutions around the country. This online tool provides a graphic indication of the embodied carbon of a building by using a mix and match approach. The tool is designed to help students with their early design decisions when making choices about sustainable structures and materials  The "Flip Book" won the 2024 Sir Alistair Pilkington award for innovation in teaching and the team that developed the software are now collating feedback from users in order to help with the development of the tool.
