Norton Juster: June 2, 1929 – March 8, 2021
Notable alumnus Norton Juster who studied at the Liverpool School of Urban Design in the 1950s, has died aged 91.
He was best known for writing children's books, notably for The Phantom Tollbooth and geometrical fantasy, The Dot and the Line.
He was also professor of architecture at Hampshire College from 1970 to 1992, and founded the architectural firm, Juster Pope Associates, in Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts.
