Professional, Statutory and Regulatory Bodies (PSRBs)
A number of programmes of study delivered by the University of Liverpool are accredited, validated or otherwise recognised by Professional, Statutory and Regulatory Bodies (PSRBs). Academic schools and departments are required to confirm the details of accredited provision annually in order to meet the requirements of the Key Information Set (KIS) which provides data for publication on the Unistats website.
Liaison with PSRBs regarding applications for, and review and renewal of accreditation should be co-ordinated by the relevant academic school or department. However, the Academic Quality and Standards Division can provide support before and during formal accreditation visits, as required. Please contact your Faculty’s Academic Quality Support Officer for assistance.
The PSRB Process for Consideration of Reports sets out the requirements at subject, Faculty and institutional level for the oversight and monitoring of PSRB activity and requirements.
