University Approved Accommodation Offers

If you are provided with an offer for one of our University Approved accommodation providers, get ready for a great year! We work closely with a few accommodation providers in Liverpool who offer some great accommodation close to campus. These are picked for their quality, locations and the experience they can provide. You will love living with them! Our main providers this year are Unite, Kaplan, Student Roost, Agnes Jones and True Students. All boast great en-suite (with some shared bathrooms), self-catered properties less than a 10 minute walk to campus.

You can view the properties available here

All our providers offer some of the same terms for University of Liverpool students living in our own halls:

  • 39 Week Contract starting on 16 September (True Student is 40 week contract starting 16 September)
  • Exclusive UoL pricing

You will receive an email from the Accommodation Team providing you with an invite to book accommodation with Unite, Kaplan, Student Roost, Agnes Jones and True Students. Please do not book directly with the providers as you will not receive the same contract length or price. Wait for your email and follow the instructions on how to book. If you chose to accept a place with our University Approved Providers, you are not able to join our Room Move Waiting List – if you have any queries, you will be able to speak to the property teams to discuss your options.

It is important to always read through your Terms and Conditions before signing up to your Tenancy Agreement as this is a legally binding document, and you may be liable financially after a set cooling off period. If you withdraw or leave university, you may be required to find a replacement tennant to take over your tenancy agreement.

You may also be required to provide a deposit/rent advancement and a guarantor – more information will be provided in the offer email that we send to you in the coming couple of weeks.

Subject to demand, alternative accommodation providers and properties may be offered to students. These will continue to be a great option, close to campus and ensuite. More information will be provided should we need additional accommodation to meet demand.

Non-Alcohol Accommodation

We are piloting Non-Alcohol accommodation for 2024, and were delighted to see a positive level of interest for this. As this is a pilot, places are not guaranteed in a hall of your preference. We will try our best to meet your needs however in some circumstances this may not be possible. Please also remember that preferences are also not guaranteed. If this is the case, the Accommodation Team will contact you and discuss your options. This could be at any point of the application cycle up to the days before arrivals in September.
