What are University Approved Private Providers?

1st Year Undergraduates

The University Approved options offer a range of options including ensuite & non-ensuite bedrooms with single or 3/4 beds, high speed wi-fi, all utility bills and are within walking distance of the main campus.  These will also be offered on an exclusive 39 week contract with the same contract start and end date as University of Liverpool owned accommodation. The undergraduate properties are:

Returning Undergraduates

Unite Students are offering a 42 week contract for University of Liverpool returning students.

Unite Students - Cambridge Court 

Postgraduates

There are a range of single and 3/4 double bed options available through our Private Providers all offering a 51 week contract to support your studies. There is a mix of non-ensuite and ensuite bathrooms available, with prices starting from £93 per week. The Postgraduate properties are:

Agnes Jones & Bedford Street South (Non-ensuite)

These properties are not owned or managed by the University of Liverpool.  If you are interested in these properties and receive an offer later in the year, please be aware that you will be signing up to a Tenancy Agreement with the private provider directly and not with the University of Liverpool.
