Please note we have now removed Crown Place as a preference for Undergraduates for 2024/25

This is because we have received enough applications for this hall - we have held back rooms so that if you are a Conditional Offer Holder you may still receive this as an offer. However as we say throughout this process please know your preference is not guaranteed. New applications will not be able to select Crown Place as a preference of hall.

Crown Place offers a choice of either single rooms, 3/4 rooms, deluxe studios and large studio suites.

There are also accessible rooms available for students with mobility issues, as well as facilities for students requiring live-in carer support.

In shared areas you can enjoy a complimentary cleaning service, helping to keep your kitchen and lounge area clean and tidy for you to enjoy.

Shared kitchens offer all the self-catering facilities you need.

Residential advisers

Student welfare within our halls of residence are the responsibility of hall wardens, assisted by senior residential advisers and the wider residential adviser team.

Liverpool Docks

Wardens are senior members of staff who live at the accommodation, ensuring students get the support and assistance they need throughout their time with us. At Crown Place, there is a warden who oversees all aspects of pastoral care.

The team are there to help you with any personal problems and aim to assist students by being pastoral leaders. You will usually meet your warden welcome events during the first few days of term: it is important that you attend these, as there will be information specific to your halls.

Our residential adviser team provides an on-call emergency service Monday to Friday, 8pm to 7.30am and Saturday to Sunday, 6pm to 9am.
